BROCCOLI PASTA




Ingredients :

- Onion (one large )
- Tomato paste 3 tablespoon
- Minced beef  (half kilo)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red Chili powder
- Broccoli  (half kilo)
- Pasta

METHOD:

1- Boil the pasta of your choice .
2- In a fry pan saute one sliced onion,until reduced and brown.
3. Add your beef , put salt pepper redchilli powder to your taste.
4. After beef is cooked add you broccoli and cook for about 5 mins .
5. add your tomato paste and cook for 5 more minutes.
6. pour it into your boiled pasta
7. decorated with some pieces of boiled broccoli... ;) and enjoy :)

My mango tart recipe



For the base:

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 cups all-purpose flour, plus more as needed


  • For the filling:

    . custard
    . whipping cream 

    Topping:

    . mango 
    .  sugar  sauce


    Steps:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. For the crust: In a food processor, combine the sugar, flour, salt and butter, and process until the mixture forms a ball. With your fingers, press the dough into a 12-inch tart pan with a removable bottom, taking care to push the crust into the sides. Pat until the crust is even. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until very lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
    3. make a thick custard one bowl and add it with 2 cup of whipping cream
    4. Adda  cup of sugar and half glass of water , drop of le,om juice let it shimmer on low heat.
    5. fill the tart with filling and put the mango on it and then glaze it with the sugar syrup that u made ..

    7 day soup challenge


    Hope you guys were successful in following the last week diet plan....if not so at least u tried....it's all about trying and getting better slowly ....Be persistent ;) 
    The first three tips I recommended last time was:
    1-  Starting Slow and steady
    2- Keep yourself Hydrated
    3- Buying A weight-machine

    This week tips:


    1- Chew Food 32 times

    It's not something most of us really think about, but it's actually one of the best weight loss eating techniques there is. Slowly chewing your food rather than wolfing it down as quickly as possible lets you feel full faster............. this ofcourse is when you should stop eating. When you eat more slowly and chew your food, you may be surprised how much less food it takes to fill you up. It takes a little time for your food to reach your stomach and for this signal to make it back to the brain in 20 min. when you eat quickly, you'll tend to overeat and end up wishing you'd stopped sooner. Not only is this not a good way to lose weight, but it will prevent the distress which comes with overdoing it.. If you chew your food properly and slow it down a bit you will have a better dining experience as you are giving yourself time to enjoy every morsel and actually taste your food. So start experiencing it from today......

    2- Drink water 30 mins before Eating and not after your meal:

    Drink 2 glasses of water before your meal...it will make u feel full and u'll intake less calories...
    Drink glass of water 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion. Remember not to drink too soon before or after a meal as the water will dilute the digestive juices. Drink water an hour after the meal to allow the body to absorb the nutrients.


    3-Do not eat before sleeping:

    Your brain is still active during sleep, but your body is less active and burning fewer calories compared to typical daytime activities.  The excess calories from a late-night meal are usually stored as fat while you sleep and can lead to a significant amount of weight gain . Instead of grinding up food efficiently, the stomach can go into what we sometimes call its ‘housekeeping function,’ where it just tries to sweep everything away. It will dump solid or undigested food into the small intestine, which will have problems breaking down and absorbing everything. AND FATS WILL ACCUMULATE.......and resulting in belly fat! AND WE don't WANT IT ...so try to eat 4 hours before going to sleep :)

    Cream of mushroom soup


                                         
    As I have started a healthy diet plan.....I have started making and experiencing new dishes....and I keep feeling unrestful  until I achieve a perfect  dish two , three times.......
    from last month I m working on my soup making skills
    So i'll be sharing the recipe of perfect , tasty , yummy Cream mushroom  Soup. You can also add chicken aswell if u want.
    It only needs really less ingredients and its a really quick and easy to make a really tasty dish and surprise ur loved ones or even serve it to the guest.

    INGREDIENTS:

    u'll be needing :

    -  Butter  2 table spoon
    -  Mushrooms 400gms
    - One onion (medium size)
    - Cream  2 n a half tablespoons
    - Chicken/beef stock

    - Salt, Pepper ,nutmeg

    1- In a pot put butter at medium heat .
    2- Add mushrooms saute them for 2 mins....then Add onions. Saute them until light brown
    3- Take them out and blend them in a blender.....
    4- Pour the blended mixture into the pot and add the chicken broth and let it cook for 7 to 9 mins....
    5- Add salt , pepper to your taste and add a pinch of powdered nutmeg
    6- let it cook for 5 mins more
    7- and then pour it in the bowl and serve.

    My Secret to weightloss



    Lots and Lots of  friends , relative and acquaintance have been asking me how I lost my weight and the "DIET PLAN" the secret to losing 14 kilos......in 3 months
    So I thought the best way to answer all of them is through blogging my Routine ......
    We are all so lazy  asses waiting for a miracle and getting a shortcut to achieve that fat belly.....Well the fact is there is no shortcut..........
    BUT wait !!!  there is an EASY way to achieve it. I'll be mentioning the things I did to start my weight loss journey. All the professionals make it seem like it's something so hard or unique that you can not achieve it without paying.....but that's not true.... u can start it right now from right this minute.

    Every week i'll be giving out 3 more tips that will motivate you to keep you on a healthy diet......In this way at the end of the month u'll be having 12 tips which will definalty help u achieve ur desired weight ! ;)

    HERE are this week's 3 tips:

    1- START SLOW
     U don't have to start a strict diet or exercise routine ( the ones we find on YouTube or all around internet)  directly from the first day u decide to start.....because by doing so , u will tire up your body, u'll just give up in two or three days.... which happens a lot  , it's because your body is not use-to of such harsh routine. YOU CAN'T JUST WAKE UP ONE DAY AND ASK YOUR BODY TO MIRACLY WORK LIKE DEEPIKA'S BODY , if you WANT that you need to treat it the same way.
    U gotta pamper it my friend!!

    Having  a sudden change which our body has never experienced gets disturbed and we get physically , emotionally and mentality frustrated.......
    SO the best way is start slow.... built it up to that level of harshness......
    Start reducing the amount of ur Food intake.....eat the regular food just start cutting down a little bit of fat and carbs daily....like if u eating two plates of rice daily make it one and half and after 2 weeks one plate.....
    Same is the case If you are eating 2 chapattis(breads) or parathas reduce it to 1 n a half and gradually  one.
    Start walking from 15 mins daily........n increasing your goals daily.
    Reduce the use of oily things , try to keep ur self away from fried things, if u use to eat 5,6 samosas ...cut it to 2,3. and give that hungry shouting stomach some apple to calm down .
    SO you get what I mean .... I guarantee you'll start losing one, two kgs in 15 days.......(starting slow) ;) and trust me that's a lot better than losing nothing...u'll start feeling healthier and happier

    2- START DRINKING A LOT OF WATER

    Keep your self hydrated!! ..... Its a simple one but it does wondersss....and it seems easy but trust me! when you Start counting how much you drink in a day you'll be shocked that you drink too less than ur body actually requires.....so keep a 1 liter water bottle with you , even if u r a house wife, keep it with you and drink after every 45 mins......... your body requires atleast 3liters a day.
    One of the most important trick is to drink 2 glasses of water or at least one full glass of water before ur meal...u'll feel full with less intake than regular. and do not drink  for one hour after eating.
    TRY to overcome your snack hunger with drinking water and fresh JUICES! I m saying fresh juicesss.....Cut out artificial , market juices out of ur life immediately!!! They are of no good!


    3- BUY A WEIGHTHING MACHINE


    If u have it , than that's great!! Otherwise Go and get one.....
    Take it out and set it in your workout room or ur bathroom.....Trust me weighing ur weight every week, does motivates us.
    It has a physiological effect....when u'll start eating healthy u'll start losing minimum of 1 kg every week and trust me , seeing that on weighing machine will make u happier like nothing else......it makes you feel like you r born again :D
    AND you will automatically start gaining interest in ur weightlosss journey...THAT happiness of losing weight will keep yourself away from oily food.....because u will want that happiness to greet you again at the end of next week.....

    So these are the 3 tips for this week, Just Start following them, I m sure it will help you to start up a new goal.....

    Here the the diet plan I followed last week...I named it  #7dayliquidchallenge....what I mainly focused on was taking more of my calories from juices. That does not mean I ate nothingelse. I did but didn't consume much............... U can change the meals to ur liking BUT remember to reduce a little bit of the proportion of fat that you use to intake before today.....

    (BBQ/steamed) chicken with some rice

    (Or food cooked at home...)

    DOUNKIN DOUNTS!!! OUR DEN

    Plus Point : Opens early at 7 and closes @ 2 midnight

    I rated the franchise 4 out of 5 because the dounts for my taste are a little bit too sugary...other than that it's perfect.....

    Backstory:
    In love since 2014.....THE MAIN REASON "OMWICH" !!!  it's an egg n cheese sandwiched in croissant....PERFECT BREAKFAST available whole day :D ;) till Midnight!
    Man!!!  u cannot just not let ur taste buds feel it for once.....
    Since it was one the only " café " near our university...(before all this evolution of resturants coming in trend....as now adays it seems like everyday a new restaurant, café or food franchise is opening n expanding everywhere.
    Coming across dunkindounts in any country floods the mind with all  memories of uni days....... *ahhhh* good old days!!!!
    Getting together with friends out of boredom.... lets go eat omwich!  class got cancelled...OMWICH!  nothing good to eat in canteen...lets OMWICH.........heartbreak, tears....OMWICH can fix it ! need to talk....let's meet up at dunkins n offcourse OMWICH! late night cravings...OMWICH!  We've been so addicted to it that even when the 3 of us friends are missing eachother we just get out of our homes and grab an omwich......it feels like it's our 4th best friend.....


    So, I would recommend anyone living or visiting Karachi, or Pakistan MUST give it a try.....as it is not available abroad(Dubai and Saudi as far as I know).

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!
     and they just dn't serve u the best sandwiches for breakfast in town , they also have great shakes , coffees and lattes .......... (thou I m not a fan of lattes in general) but they have a great quality of food........

    Oreo Shake

    A simple and yummy recipe for  fulfilling every foodie’s Oreo obsession
                                              
    – 6 to 7 Oreo biscuits

    – half cup milk

    – 3 scoops of vanilla or chocolate icecream


    you won’t be needing any sugar as oreo and icecreams are already too sweet
    – JUST BLEND THEM !!
    YUP ! easy and yummy in secs
    and trust me u’ll save a lot at home rather than buying it by waiting at drivethrou’s ( time as well as money )

    FRIED FISH


    HOW to make tasty DESI FISH FRY?


    Here’s an easy and quick recipe …. which can go perfect with our daal chawal  or  let alone itself…

    ALL u need is FISH and some basic spicesss….
    Take a bowl , put the fish in it…. which is to be marinated


    1- Marinate fish by adding garlic,ginger paste,  salt , red chilli powder, turmeric powder for 20 to 30 mins…..
    YES THAT”S IT !


    2- FRY it at low flame ….


    3- Serve it with KETCHUP !! (offcousre)


    and I guarantee you u’ll lick ur fingers  ;)

    Bolognese Pasta

    BOLOGNESE PASTA :
    Ingredients:


    1- Boil some Pasta .


    2- In a sauce pan grate one onion , one carrot , put 1/4 kg minced beef , add some salt , paprika , tomato sauce( u can use tomato paste instead) , oregano a sprinkle of rosemary, two drops of Worcestershire sauce  and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes


    3-  Pour and mix the boiled pasta in it ….

    and it’s READY!!
    Serve is as u like ……
